This is an authentic RSC server, which means changes to the game probably won't happen (which is good).
If you are looking for a customized RSC server, try Open, Cabbage, Rev or Emu.

You realize RSC in its current form was never intended to be its final form, right? Ranged was clearly intended to be a viable skill. It would be more fun if range was actually useful.
Small changes have already happened such as the bank login UI and the UI for casting magic. Personally, I welcome small changes that stay true to the original intent of the game.

Yes of course! But this server would lose its identity completely if we just started adding a bunch of QOL stuff. I'm not sure what you're referring to regarding the bank login UI, but yes, this server isn't 100% authentic due to extra settings, global chat, etc - but it's the closest thing we have.
Meant to also say: this is a conversation that has been had many, many times, and you must understand that Vanilla players are hard set in their ways. They want a server that mirrors official as much as possible.
