There has been quite a lot of complaints regarding the rock respawns, after checking upon them, we could see that they had a total different default value than they should have.

These new respawn rates are matched with the OSRS static respawn rates. (Close to RSC Wiki (RSC Wiki has the wrong information)).

We know that in RSC, ALL(items on death, ground regular/untradable items, npcs and objects) respawn rates are based on a default value and decreased based on Player Count.

However, the player count formula does not make a big difference at all, unless there are a lot of people online. Therefor we have decided to use the default values which is ALMOST a mirror of RSC Wiki, though an exact match on OSRS.

NEW respawn rates:
Rocks(tourist trap) = 9 Seconds
Clay = 1.2 Seconds
Copper = 2.4 Seconds
Tin = 2.4 Seconds
Blurite = 25 Seconds
Iron = 5.4 Seconds
Silver = 60 Seconds (1 min)
Coal = 42 Seconds
Gold = 60 Seconds (1 min)
Gem rock = 105 Seconds (1:45 mins)
Mith = 120 Seconds (2 mins)
Addy = 240 Seconds (4 mins)
Runite = 720 Seconds (12 mins)

RSCVanilla previous respawn rates:
Rocks(tourist trap) = 5 Seconds
Clay = 2 Seconds
Copper = 4 Seconds
Tin = 4 Seconds
Blurite = 15 Seconds
Iron = 10 Seconds
Silver = 70 Seconds (1:10 min)
Coal = 60 Seconds (1 mins)
Gold = 70 Seconds (1:10 mins)
Gem rock = 120 Seconds (2 mins)
Mith = 240 Seconds (4 mins)
Addy = 480 Seconds (8 mins)
Runite = 900 Seconds (15 mins)

Best regards,
-RSCVanilla Team.
